Homeopathic practice
The Law on Public Health (2010) has included CAM in chapter VI Special provisions. A legal and natural person can perform activities related to CAM, activities on the skin or activities by which the skin is punctured, only if a permit from the Minister of Health is obtained.
There is no specific regulation on homeopathic practice.
